End of the Month tournament  –  JUNE (Sunday 28th)  10am start

The end of the month tournament in June was a charity event in aid of Swastigan, a Special Needs boy who attends the i-play sessions on Monday mornings run by Beverley and Elena. He has shown exceptional talent and the purpose of the event was to raise funds to help him pay for extra coaching and competition entry fees.

As I write we have raised £1000.

This year 22 players participated. Fortunately the temperature was cooler than of late and everyone enjoyed themselves. The winners were Akshay Patel and Anne White. Congratulations to them both and a big hand to all who played or donated.
